On this west Cyprus holiday, we take advantage of the long warm seasons to spend time swimming, walking, and exploring. We design our experiences to avoid the crowds and give you time to get lost and explore.
With a maximum of only 10 guests, we’re a welcoming group of women who spend each day socializing, dining, and discovering. We come home at night to boutique accommodation that immerses you in luxury.
The experiences you have on tour with us create memories of a lifetime because you are not just sightseeing — you are understanding, learning, and making: making food, new friends, and memories. On tour, you come to know Cyprus through all of your senses.
Our tour begins in Paphos on the southwest coast of Cyprus, where we meet at a rooftop bar in the evening. Enjoy a welcome drink and admire the panoramic view before heading to the harbor for a wonderful local dinner with wine.
Overnight: Paphos
After breakfast at our hotel, we head out with our tour leader on a two-hour walking tour of Old Paphos.
Then we head out to the lovely village of Kathikas in the foothills above Paphos where we stroll through the village and eat at a local taverna, liberally washed down with local wines.
Back in Paphos, we meet our renowned archaeologist guide for a private tour of the Nea Paphos archaeological site, a UNESCO World Heritage site where you’ll discover the most astonishing Roman mosaics.
We end our day with a seafood dinner by Paphos harbor as the sun sets on the first full day of our Paphos vacation!
Overnight: Paphos
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue our trip in the Paphos region as we travel to Ancient Kurion where our archaeologist guide takes us on a private tour of these astounding ruins. We then descend the mountain to Kurion Beach for a seaside lunch and dip in the waters.
We travel back to Paphos where our archaeologist guide gives us a private tour of the Tombs of the Kings, underground tombs modeled on the earlier rulers of the island, the Egyptian Pharaohs.
We spend our last evening in Paphos at one of Paphos’s oldest tavernas.
Overnight: Paphos
After breakfast, we embark on our Akamas Peninsula tour. First, we drive northeast to the fishing village of Latchi and set sail south in our private boat along the west coast of Cyprus.
We stop at the Blue Lagoon to dive into the crystal-clear waters before returning to Latchi for a delectable lunch with wine on the beach.
We then head out in safari jeeps for an off-road excursion through the wild and breathtaking Akamas Peninsula.
During this Akamas tour, we’ll walk along lovely Lara Beach, see the Turtle Sanctuary, and trek through Avakas Gorge.
After a local dinner with wine, we retire to our hotel and perhaps even enjoy a relaxing night swim.
Overnight: Polis
On day five, we stroll around the small village of Polis, visit the museum, and enjoy coffee in the old Turkish Quarter before departing the coast.
We begin our trip to the Troodos Mountains, stopping along the way to see mouflon and have a light lunch at a mountain cafe.
We arrive at the village of Kalopanyiotis, high in the mountains, and check into our luxury lodge. Tonight, we enjoy dinner at an award-winning restaurant with a panoramic view of the Marathasa Valley.
Overnight: Kalopanayiotis
Begin your day with breakfast on the terrace before joining a Kalopanayiotis local on a walk through the village. Back at the hotel, enjoy a casual lunch to fuel up for the day’s adventures.
This afternoon we learn about how food is grown, made, and stored in mountain villages in Cyprus. We even try our hand at making local cuisine in a village workshop before taking a tour through an orchard.
In the evening we travel to a beautiful wine village, Obidos, to wine and dine at the renowned Mill Restaurant.
Overnight: Kalopanayiotis
On our penultimate day, we embark on a trip to the Troodos Mountains. With our archaeologist guide, we’ll go hunting for the UNESCO World Heritage 10th Century painted Byzantine churches and monasteries hidden throughout the region.
Along the way, we’ll stop at a sensational winery for another feast and Cyprus wines.
The wining and dining continue as we return to our village to visit the modern winery high on the mountain for a sunset tasting.
For our last evening together we gather in an elegant restaurant with spectacular views for a farewell dinner.
Overnight: Kalopanayiotis
After our last breakfast together our lovely driver returns us to Paphos.
